Counseling for Anxiety & Depression

We live in a world full of anxiety. We’re filled with fear and hopelessness because we don’t know what tomorrow may bring. Whether your struggle with anxiety or depression is occasional or all too frequent, God’s Word offers comfort and hope. Are you aware that the most repeated command in the Bible is “Do not fear” ?

Marriage Counseling

Marriage is hard work, but so worth it! It’s God’s design and when a marriage functions as God intends, it’s a beautiful thing, not only to the husband and wife, but to all those connected with it. Marriage counseling is not about pointing fingers. It is about tackling problems together. When you feel stuck, that’s when getting outside help can be valuable.

Grief Counseling

We all hurt at times. For some, loss seems never-ending. Life is hard. But, with the Lord, there is hope. It helps to process your grief, and we do this by hearing your story, listening as you share special memories, and helping you to cry out to God, whether in anger or with tears. He is near to the broken-hearted.

Counseling for Men, Women & Young Adults

Loss, discouragement, difficulties in your ministry, your relationships, school, career, or family, illness, financial hardships, confusion, uncertainty…the list is endless! But so is God’s love for us, and His help, and His patience. He has promised to see us through. You are not alone.

Yes, depending on the type of counseling. In-person counseling is preferred. In some cases a combination of in-person and online counseling will be a good strategy.

I like to begin our time with prayer. We’ll discuss confidentiality and I will explain the counseling process. This will be a time for any questions you may have. Then, we’ll look at what brought you into counseling and hear your story. Next, we’ll work together on goals and what your hopes are going forward. My prayer is that you will feel welcomed and any fears or discomfort will be put to rest as we settle in, trusting God in the process.

The cost is $75 for each 50-minute session.

I am not able to bill insurance as I am not licensed by the state.

If finances are an issue, let’s talk.

For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
